Chiro One Wellness centers provide non-invasive, drug-free chiropractic care to thousands of patients each month.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

1. Assist with and train to facilitate new hire DC training and retraining for current team members. Training will focus on improving professional knowledge, customer service, and technical skills, covering topics such as operations, skill refinement, customer relations, goal setting, strategizing, sales, chiropractic, branding, technology, management, schedules, and Chiro One’s vision and mission.
2. Assist the Clinical Operations and Clinical Training Departments in analyzing the Learning and Development program to identify current and future needs, measure training effectiveness, and develop programs to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge.
3. Identify various cultural and learning styles among team members and create a blended learning environment using diverse facilitation techniques. Communicate effectively, actively listen, provide constructive feedback, and motivate trainees and team members.
4. Perform administrative duties related to training, including preparation, scheduling, exam proctoring, communication, system login management, signatures, and assessments.
5. Act as a liaison between departments, managers, and trainees.
6. Facilitate courses supporting training programs via on-site, off-site, virtual tools like Microsoft Teams, coaching sessions, and one-on-one meetings.
7. Update and adapt training materials based on best practices, policy updates, or to enhance employee performance.
8. Maintain professional knowledge through conferences, publications, and training, staying current on policies and procedures.
9. Collaborate with SMEs to develop and maintain knowledge of systems, processes, and procedures.
10. Promote the Chiro One brand professionally and enthusiastically.
11. Ensure accurate knowledge of services and products offered by Chiro One.
12. Accept and seek coaching from qualified sources, including directors and managers.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; or certification in adult learning.
2. 1-3 years of healthcare training experience preferred.
3. Ability to write technical materials, learning objectives, assessments, and procedures.
4. Availability to travel domestically for onboarding and education, or to cover other trainers.
5. Knowledge of in-class and distance learning issues and mitigation strategies.
6. Proficiency in MS Office.
7. Ability to travel up to 10% within Illinois.
