Job summary

Epic seeks a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users, including Epic staff, on campus in Madison, WI with relocation support. In this role you’ll design instruction, create training materials and scenarios, and deliver sessions.

You’ll work in tight-knit teams to shape workflow-based training content and collaborate with client organizations to tailor training and improve software usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users and shape their experience with Epic.
• Design instruction and develop training materials and scenarios to deliver.
• Work in tight-knit teams to design workflow-based training content.
• Collaborate with organizations to develop training and improve software usability.
