Imperial Health Plan of California, Inc. is seeking a Telephonic Sales/Broker Support Representative. You will answer calls, enroll prospective members, and conduct field seminars to generate leads and forge community partnerships.

In this role you will assist brokers, maintain accurate records, and build relationships with members and external partners while adhering to HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous call center experience preferable in the healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) setting.
• Bilingual (Spanish) requested but not required.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and enroll prospective members into Imperial Health Plans.
• Sell Imperial products and services using approved scripts.
• Assist with broker inquiries and related requests (ready to Sell status, book of business, commissions).
• Update databases with new information and back up data to protect PHI.
• In-field duties include cultivating relationships with customers and partners via telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interactions.
