Job summary

REAL Insurance Lady (T.R.I.L.) is seeking a proactive Tele-Sales Specialist to manage and nurture relationships with new health insurance clients. This independent contractor role focuses on serving as the primary contact for inquiries, driving satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Responsibilities include handling high volumes of calls and emails, supporting the full policy application lifecycle, and ensuring timely renewals.

Qualifications

• Active health insurance license in one of the listed states required upon hire.
• Strong background in sales or client management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast data-entry with at least 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for prospective health insurance inquiries.
• Drive satisfaction, retention, and identify growth opportunities within accounts.
• Assist with policy renewals and resolve account-related concerns.
• Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and quote requests professionally.
