Job summary

Imperial Health Plans is seeking a Telephonic Sales/Broker Support Representative to answer calls, enroll prospective members, and support broker inquiries. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Call center experience in healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish requested but not required.
• Ability to build community relationships and drive sales and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and sell Imperial products using approved scripts.
• Assist with broker inquiries and Book of business requests; respond to commission inquiries.
• Go off-script when necessary to build relationships with potential members.
• Advise prospective and current members about Imperial products and services.
• Update databases with new information and protect PHI.
• Complete enrollment forms and record logs for each member.
• In-field duties include cultivating relationships with customers and partners.
• Adhere to payroll policies and timekeeping; maintain attendance.
• Comply with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
