Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare or related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years delivering customer delivery, software implementations, or complex tech programs in life sciences or healthcare.
• Program Management: Proven track record of delivering customer-facing projects on time.
• Methodologies: Understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC, and best practices.
• Core Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle—from initiation through deployment and support transition.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, Security, and Customer Success.
• Act as trusted advisor, nurturing relationships with life science and med tech customers, executive sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Translate customer and clinical requirements into implementation plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies with clear status updates.
