Job summary

Marlabs Inc. is seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end technology programs, ensure delivery excellence, and grow customer value across healthcare, life sciences, finance, and government sectors.

You will lead engineering teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee budgets while guiding pre-sales and strategic initiatives. Based in Miami, FL with regular travel to Dallas, you will partner with executives to optimize delivery governance, risk management, and operational performance,

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology leadership or enterprise delivery.
• 6-8+ years in project management and customer-facing leadership.
• Hands-on in Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, Data Analytics, or SaaS.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Telecommunications industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs and customer engagements, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders as a strategic advisor for delivery excellence and satisfaction.
• Manage project financials including revenue forecasting, margins, budgets, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor teams of Engineers and Technical Consultants, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Facilitate governance meetings, roadmaps, and quarterly business reviews with clear progress communication.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot issues, performance challenges, and architectural risks.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution discussions, effort estimation, SOW validation, and RFP responses.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and technology adoption.
