Circle of Life Hospice seeks a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring with a focus on healthcare roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to source qualified candidates, screen for fit, and coordinate interviews and offers.

The role requires at least 3 years in recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships by phone and in person. Office-based in Springdale, AR with regular interactions across the organization.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years in a recruitment role, preferably healthcare or human service.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, job boards, and other recruitment software.
• Strong multi-tasking and ability to prioritize a large workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build human connections by phone and in person.

• Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and source qualified candidates.
• Recruitment Sourcing: Post positions on the company website and external boards; search resume banks and social media.
• Recruitment Screening: Assess culture fit, dependability, skills, and tenure.
• Position Promotion: Communicate benefits and opportunities of posted roles.
• Position Fitness Verification: Align pay expectations and schedule desires.
• Assess soft skills via calls, texts, and online surveys.
• Recruitment Interview Coordination: Schedule in-person/remote interviews with managers.
• Recruitment Interview Follow Up: Communicate outcomes and add justification notes in ATS.
• Offer Coordination: Review offers with HR and leadership; discuss start dates and benefits.
• Onboarding: Assist with background checks, drug screening, references, and orientation.
• Soft skills: professional communication, time management, problem solving, adaptability, emotional intelligence.
• Administrative tasks: HRIS data entry and routine correspondence.
• Customer service: support staff, volunteers, and others interfaced with HR.
• Build reports and present HR metrics.
• Support other HR projects as needed.
• Demonstrate compassion and patience with patients, families, and co-workers.
• Represent Circle of Life positively in the community.
• Flexibility to take on additional duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
