Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 2 years in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Career Services to support job readiness and candidate qualifications.
• Conduct interviews and match candidates to job openings in healthcare.
• Utilize ATS (iCIMS) to manage candidate data and processes.
• Represent TEF at job fairs and networking events to promote the Fund.
• Build relationships with union representatives, employers, and stakeholders.
• Create job advertisements for public and internal postings.
• Ensure adherence to Fund policies and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
