Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a learning and development professional to design and deliver leadership development programs across the organization. You will collaborate with operations and HR leaders, assess learning needs, and drive initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines.

This US-based role offers the chance to measure impact with ROI metrics, coach associates through 360 assessments, and manage vendors to deliver high-quality development experiences that advance our talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Ability to measure success with ROI and business impact.
• Coaching experience with 360s and assessments.
• Vendor management and budget oversight.
• Collaborative with HR and executives to address development needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate leadership development sessions virtually and in-person using appropriate adult learning strategies.
• Manage programs to ensure efficacy and high quality; track metrics like ROI, retention and new behaviors.
• Provide development coaching to associates using 360s and other assessments.
• Recommend and deliver assessments to individuals and teams to support development.
• Partner with external vendors to design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs.
• Act as a credible adviser to business leaders and HR to meet learning needs across the organization.
