Lexington Health is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to drive service excellence throughout the recruitment process and partner with hiring managers to secure top talent. The recruiter will manage candidate communication, coordinate interviews and offers, and ensure compliance across recruitment activities.

Responsibilities include strategic staffing, maintaining documentation in the ATS, and delivering timely updates to stakeholders while leveraging modern sourcing techniques and social networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum Years of Experience: None.
• Strong full lifecycle recruiting knowledge including sourcing, interviewing, networking, salary negotiation and relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Develop yearly staffing plans with management and HR.
• Manage ATS to handle candidates from sourcing to offers and closing.
• Act as primary point of contact with applicants and coordinate offers.
• Provide feedback and coordinate candidate movement across systems and background checks.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and report on activity improvements.
• Participate in HR/Recruiting projects and use innovative sourcing methods.
