Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge in full life cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, networking, salary negotiation, relationship management and due diligence.
  • Experience with ATS, social media tools and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop yearly staffing plans with hiring managers; establish clear search requirements, sourcing methods, cost and owners.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to manage the full lifecycle of recruiting; document candidates and activities for compliance.
  • Lead offers negotiation and employment offers with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Coordinate candidate movement through systems and ensure timely feedback and communication.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics of recruiting activities; participate in HR/Recruiting projects.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to find active and passive candidates.
  • Review applicants promptly and maintain a proactive recruiting workflow.

Job Summary

The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment process and acts as a liaison between candidate and hiring managers. They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. Their candidates have positive experiences, receive feedback on the status of their applications and feel that the recruiter is accessible. The Healthcare Recruiter is driven to learn and does not fear challenges.

Required Certifications/Licensure: None.
Required Training: An advanced level of knowledge in full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, successfully sourcing diverse range of applicants, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management and due diligence;

Experience required in a setting that requires a sense of immediacy, ability to manage competing demands, receive criticism and construction feedback and maintain adaptability and flexibility;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools and Applicant Tracking System are a must.

Essential Functions
  • Works with senior management, hiring managers and HR staff to develop yearly staffing plans, workforce planning strategies and search assignments. For search assignment, provides hiring managers with a service-level agreement that establishes a clear understanding of items such as position requirements, sourcing methods, cost and task owners.
  • Uses the full functionality of Applicant Tracking System to manage the selection, offer, negotiation and closing involved in full life cycle recruiting. Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches, hiring manager interaction and other recruiting activities to ensure company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.
  • Acts as a primary communication point with applicants and candidates from contact point to offer. Working with hiring managers and/or senior management, negotiates and makes offers of employment.
  • Leads communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview teams. Provides feedback on applicants and candidates, and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through various systems including Applicant Tracking System and background checking/results.
  • Works to meet established team metrics. Providing insightful analysis of reports and makes recommendations for improvements. Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.
  • Participate on various HR/Recruiting project initiatives.
  • Utilize exceptionally innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology to find active and passive candidates, cold calling and establishing a network of talent and resources.
  • Timely review of applicants who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
  • Articulate value proposition from candidates who are interested in the job opportunity.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews; providing logistical information, interview schedule and expectations for follow up from the recruiter.
  • Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews.
  • Articulate a job offer and drives for candidate acceptance.
  • Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and all other compliance standards set forth).
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
