Prime Healthcare is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for an on-site, 12-week temporary assignment in Ontario, CA. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions, with advanced sourcing via iCIMS ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM systems.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to develop strategic plans, source passive talent, and maintain pipelines while tracking metrics such as time-to-fill and source-of-hire.

• Advanced sourcing techniques for healthcare roles
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and offers
• Experience with ATS/CRM and multiple sourcing tools
• Ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
• Use iCIMS ATS and CRM to manage candidate pipelines and track engagement
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed tools
• Perform screening for qualifications, licensure, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with managers to achieve recruitment goals
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire
• Support employer branding and candidate experience
