Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Workday preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer coordination.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain regular updates on candidate pipelines and time-to-fill metrics.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Create compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and EEO requirements.
• Collaborate with HR/onboarding to provide a smooth candidate experience from interview to start date.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS.
