Abbott seeks a seasoned leader to guide Clinical Solutions Managers and Scientific Liaisons in improving hospital workflows and diagnostic pathways. You will drive strategic direction for complex engagements, partner with health systems, and apply evidence-based recommendations to optimize patient care.

You will also develop business cases demonstrating clinical and economic value while collaborating across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Formación

• Advanced clinical degree: MD, PharmD, or PhD in life sciences or healthcare.
• Minimum 10 years in hospital/health system settings; 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with hospital purchasing, value analysis, procurement, or technology adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Clinical Solutions Managers and Scientific Liaisons.
• Provide strategic direction for complex customer engagements and solution implementation projects.
• Partner with hospitals and health systems to assess clinical workflows and identify gaps.
• Design workflow optimization strategies using diagnostic testing solutions and build business cases.
