Job summary

OPN Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. You will liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team, translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring software and services meet high standards of quality and user expectations.

You will develop user stories, manage backlogs, participate in QA and UAT, and collaborate with data analytics to build robust reporting platforms. Strong communication and healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
• Experience translating end-user business requirements into functional and technical specs.
• Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to business problems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Business or equivalent working experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (listening, verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments, and adhere to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of OPN’s business processes and technology platforms.
• Craft well-constructed technical user stories based on business goals, developer feedback, and personal expertise.
• Prioritize and manage feature backlogs and maintain monthly and quarterly development roadmaps.
• Participate in the QA of new features to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Tests with stakeholders and end-users.
• Promote end-user adoption of new features and platforms.
• Work with data analytics to build reporting and analytics platform.
• Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on functional aspects of OPN’s technology platforms.
• Gather and analyze data points to determine product performance and improvement areas.
• Maintain documentation regarding projects, processes, and operations.
• Assess and recommend options for business process improvements.
