Job summary

Solving IT is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, and process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple source systems to deliver insights for business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL and reporting experience, understands healthcare data and EDI processes, and can work independently while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar
• Strong SQL development and data analysis experience
• Experience creating reports/dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools
• Experience supporting application development projects or initiatives
• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and file exchange processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends and insights
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using SQL and Tableau
• Gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Create and maintain SLA, operational, and performance metric reporting
• Document data definitions, rules, mappings, and source system information
• Support EDI reporting and file exchange initiatives
• Investigate issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend data-driven improvements
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure reporting meets needs
• Maintain reporting processes and ensure data accuracy
