Job summary

DeTar Healthcare System is seeking a Supply Chain Technician Lead to oversee daily supply chain operations within the facility, including inventory management, receiving, replenishment, and distribution of supplies. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, maintains organized and compliant storage environments, and provides leadership and training to the supply chain team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in materials management, distribution, or inventory control is required.
• 1–3 years in a leadership or trainer role preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain activities including receiving, inventory replenishment, picking, and distribution.
• Monitor storeroom and POC inventory levels, min/max, and resolve shortages or discrepancies.
• Provide orientation, training, and technical support to staff; assess performance.
• Coordinate staffing and daily workflows for coverage and continuity.
• Ensure storage areas meet safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clinical/administrative departments to address service issues.
• Lead or assist in semi-annual and special inventory counts and audits.
• Oversee non-stock and capital equipment deliveries; ensure proper documentation.
• Document inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Maintain regular attendance and compliance with policies.
