Job summary

Duke University Health System seeks an experienced supply chain technology specialist to enable successful operations across Pyxis and SAP platforms. You will install, label, and maintain Pyxis stations, perform data analysis, and support stakeholder projects to optimize inventory and workflow.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP and Pyxis, barcode/RFID technologies, and strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, with occasional travel to Duke Health System facilities for site support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospital supply chain or related setting.
• Experience with SAP Supply Chain capabilities, Pyxis technologies, and project management.
• Experience with supply chain tech solutions like barcode scanners, RFID, and other wireless products.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, Outlook, and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and operation of Pyxis technologies with stakeholders.
• Build, load, and label Pyxis stations.
• Provide support for supply chain technology solutions including barcode scanners and RFID.
• Develop and execute system testing for new technology installations.
• Conduct technology trainings for end users.
• Perform data analysis using SAP and Pyxis to support operations.
• Manage inventory locations in SAP and Pyxis.
• Coordinate with Corporate Data Informatics and the Center of Excellence on special projects.
• Manage patient reconciliation.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance and document service calls.
• Visit Duke Health System facilities to ensure functionality of supply chain tech and reporting.
