Job summary

Duke Health in Durham, NC, is seeking a Supply Chain Technician System Specialist to provide operations support for Pyxis technologies, SAP reports, and data analysis. The role covers installation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of supply chain tech across hospital facilities.

You will train end users, manage inventory locations in SAP and Pyxis, and coordinate with IT, nursing leadership, and vendors on projects.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a hospital supply chain or related setting.
Experience with SAP Supply Chain capabilities, Pyxis technologies, and project management.
Experience with supply chain technology solutions (e.g., barcode scanners, RFID, and other wireless products).
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional operations support to enable successful Supply Chain execution and technologies.
Support installation and operation of Pyxis technologies; build and label Pyxis stations.
Conduct technology trainings for end users and perform data analysis using SAP and Pyxis.
Build/update/delete inventory locations in SAP and Pyxis; support special projects.
Perform monthly preventive maintenance and visit Duke Health System facilities to ensure tech functionality.
