Allina Health is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Handler to support high-quality patient care by ensuring essential supplies are delivered accurately and efficiently within a collaborative healthcare system.

Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, picking, delivering supplies, and collaborating with clinical staff to maintain bedside readiness. The role involves ERP reporting and maintaining organized stock rooms, with evening/night shifts and every-other weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description
• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's or Vocational degree
• 0 to 2 years Warehouse/Inventory experience

Responsibilities

• General supply handling: receive, sort, put away, pick and deliver supplies, mail, patient records and other items
• Stocks items and rotates stock; checks for outdates
• Scans and hand counts; performs cycle counts; labels items
• Ships, receives and completes courier set up
• Pulls reports from ERP systems (Lawson/Infor/Workday/PeopleSoft) as needed
• Customer service: answers phones; troubleshoots concerns and escalates when needed
• Maintain stocking locations; keep stock rooms clean and organized
• Ensure shift work is completed; perform other duties as assigned

Key Position Details

• 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period)
• 8-hour evening/night shifts (8:30PM-5:00AM)
• Every other weekend shift

Job Description

Responsible for receiving, put-away, picking and delivering supplies to all patient areas/rooms. Works with clinical staff to ensure the correct supplies are available when needed to serve the patient's needs. Responsible for ensuring that appropriate supplies are available and that the clinician is serving the patient at the bedside and not dealing with supply issues.

Principle Responsibilities

• General supply handling.
  • Receives, sorts, puts away, picks and delivers supplies, mail, patient records and other items as required.
  • Stocks items needed.
  • Rotates stock and checks for outdates.
  • Scans/hand counts and counts cycle counting.
  • Labels and stickers product as needed.
  • Ships, receives and completes courier set up.
  • Pulls reports out of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system like Lawson/Infor, Workday, Peoplesoft, etc. when needed.
• Customer Service.
  • Answers phones.
  • Troubleshoots concerns and escalates as appropriate.
• Maintain stocking locations.
  • Cleans and organizes stock rooms as needed.
• Ensures shift work is complete.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Associate's or Vocational degree
• 0 to 2 years Warehouse/Inventory experience

Physical Demands

• Medium Work:
• Lifting weight up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 25 lbs. frequently

Pay Range

Pay Range: $22.87 to $29.87 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
