Austin Regional Clinic seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of products and services across designated areas. You will act as a subject matter expert, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to support patient care.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, contract utilization, and process improvements within a healthcare environment. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in supply chain or related position.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Healthcare experience in multi-specialty practice is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates status of products and services to maintain efficient operation for patient care.
• Collaborates with internal customers to align supply chain support with strategic direction.
• Prepare and place purchase orders; track to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Assist in maintaining Oracle Supply Chain data and supplier information.
• Perform daily cycle counts and support annual physical inventory.
• Advise on use of contracts and generics to optimize cost.
