You will drive operational improvements, manage staff, and partner with hospital leaders to ensure seamless service, accuracy, and safety in supply chain functions. This role supports strategic planning and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or materials management, preferably in healthcare.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain operations for assigned site(s) and monitor workflows.
• Provide direct supervision to staff, including hiring, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Drive operational improvement through planning and efficiency initiatives; support strategic goals.
• Assist supply chain leadership with planning and setting departmental goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, quality, safety, and reliability in all functions.
• Serve as liaison and resource for supply chain matters to internal departments, clinicians, vendors, and related areas.
