Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a frontline supply chain leader to oversee daily operations across facilities. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate SDS staff, manage stock levels, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.

The role requires on-site work, use of handheld scanners, item verification, and coordination of receiving/shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy. Training and collaboration with clinical leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years in supply chain management.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory planning.
• Basic computer/PC navigation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as on-site primary contact for SDS resources and staff.
• Determines supply quantities to ensure stock lasts until next replenishment cycle using handheld scanner.
• Maintains stock levels in coordination with inventory analyst; adjusts as needed.
• Picks, verifies, and delivers supplies to correct locations; checks quantities and descriptions.
• Rotates stock, returns items for credit, and notes issues for follow-up.
• Performs receiving and shipping functions in ERP; conducts on-the-job training for SDS staff.
• Handles linen distribution to end users and monitors daily shift summaries.
• Participates in physical inventory; supports code cart processes.
