Job summary

Swedish Hospital in Evanston, IL is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Operations Specialist to maintain stock levels across hospital units and off-site points of care. You will monitor PAR locations, pick and deliver supplies, and ensure timely replenishment and expiration checks.

You will build strong relationships with clinicians, use Endeavor ERP, and support process improvements while adhering to infection control standards and Joint Commission requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Certification: Driver's license may be required; CMPRP admired.
• Experience: Prior warehousing/inventory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record inventory levels for PAR locations.
• Deliver supplies to departments and ensure timely replenishment.
• Pick, pack, and deliver internal orders.
• Maintain clean, organized supply areas and rotate stock.
• Build relationships with department staff and provide updates on stocked supplies.
• Enter data into Endeavor ERP on handhelds/computers and track expiration logs.
• Participate in process improvements and regulatory readiness.
• Follow Endeavor policies and infection control standards.
