Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of medical supplies across hospital units, clinics, and off-site care sites in Evanston, IL. You will count inventory, pick, pack, and deliver orders, and support real-time updates on product disruptions.

You will work with clinicians and nurses, use handheld scanners and Endeavor ERP, and participate in process improvements and regulatory readiness to sustain high-quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification such as CMRP admired but not required.
• Experience in warehousing or inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, count, and record inventory levels for PAR locations.
• Deliver medical supplies to departments and ensure timely replenishment.
• Pick, pack, stage, and deliver orders sourced internally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock areas and rotate stock.
• Build relationships with clinicians and nurses and provide updates on stock levels.
• Use department phones and technology to respond to supply requests.
• Ensure accurate data entry into handhelds and ERP system.
• Stay updated with departmental and system-wide updates.
• Support process improvement and regulatory readiness initiatives.
• Adhere to policies and infection control standards.
