Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL, seeks a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to maintain stock levels across hospital units, manage PAR locations, and ensure just-in-time delivery while checking expirations. This role interfaces with clinicians and utilizes Endeavor systems to keep accurate data.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to healthcare settings, and strong attention to data accuracy, with a focus on improving service levels and complying with policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Education: Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Certification: Driver’s license may be required; Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) is admired.
• Experience: Prior experience in warehousing/inventory management in any industry is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, count, and record inventory levels for all medical supplies in PAR locations.
• Deliver medical supplies to departments and ensure timely replenishment/put-away of stock in PAR locations.
• Pick, pack, stage, and deliver supplies for orders that source internally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply areas and stockrooms, including rotating stock and expiration checks.
• Build relationships with department staff and provide frequent updates on stocked supplies; use department phones and pagers for requests.
• Utilize Endeavor technology for data entry into handhelds/computers and monitor expiration logs; check email for updates.
• Participate in process improvements, implementations, or regulatory readiness.
• Adhere to Endeavor policies, infection control, and Joint Commission standards.
