Job summary

Southeast Georgia Health System seeks a highly organized Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to oversee receiving, distributions, and mailroom functions. You will ensure efficient supply chain processes, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance to support high quality patient care across the Health System.

This role requires supervising and training on Aperek/Mediclick, Supply Scan, GHX, and other systems; establishing CDMs; conducting counts; addressing recalls;

Qualifications

• Three years of supply chain experience including inventory control.
• GHX and Point of Use systems experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in receiving, distributions, and mailroom functions.
• Supervise and train central supply team on supply chain systems.
• Maintain Charge Description Masters (CDMs) for chargeable supplies.
• Assist with annual and periodic inventory counts using handheld devices.
• Research and address supply chain recalls with proper documentation.
• Ensure timely receiving and distribution of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Joint Commission requirements.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
