Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of healthcare resource and materials management experience; or Associate's degree with 5 years; or Bachelor's degree with 3 years.
• CMRP Certification, or working toward AHRMM certification.
• Computer skills for Microsoft software required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and monitors team efficiency in the procurement process, maximizing lines per PO and using correct prices.
• Assesses status changes from non-stock to stock for items.
• Ensures requisitions comply with contractual agreements.
• Develops and implements regular call schedules to assigned customers.
• Coordinates contract conversions and monitoring with regional facilities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Reviews processes to maintain efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of services.
• Supports facilities in managing ongoing CSS contract conversions to maximize savings and compliance.
• Makes quarterly visits to discuss contracts, issues, and improvements.
