Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in process or operations improvement.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel 20–60% (local).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and complete operations improvement projects.
• Facilitate and direct work activities for staff and students.
• Drive Lean Management Systems (LMS) at the division level.
• Deliver operational improvements, financial benefits, and higher patient satisfaction.
• Act as liaison between site operations, senior management, and Lean Operations leadership.
