The Baylor Scott & White Health Supply Chain Management Contract Administration Analyst II ensures contract accuracy and supports timely operations. This role requires audits and alignment with strategic partners and data providers.

Candidates should have experience with Lawson ERP, contract management systems, and strong Excel/data analytics to enable data-driven decisions for executives.

Formación

• Experience with contract audits and data integrity.
• Proficiency with Lawson ERP and Contract Management System.
• Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate supplier spend to enable informed decisions.
• Coordinate communication with GPO, distributors, and vendors; ensure contracts align with systems.
• Work with the Data Integrity Team to reduce PO exceptions.
• Maintain accurate contract information in Lawson ERP and the Contract Management System.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and provide data-driven insights.
• Support executives with data recommendations and process improvements.
