Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an on-site Supply Distribution Specialist to lead daily operations and troubleshoot supply chain functions. You will act as the primary on-site contact for SDS resources and staff, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate picking.

You will monitor stock levels, verify items, deliver supplies, and perform ERP-based receiving and shipping tasks, with routine training for SDS staff.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years progressive experience in supply chain.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (inventory planning, manufacturing operations).
• Basic computer/PC navigation skills.

Aufgaben

• Acts as the on-site primary point of contact for SDS resources and staff.
• Guides SDS team members to complete daily tasks per standards.
• Determine supply quantities for each bin using handheld scanners.
• Maintain and monitor stock levels with inventory analysts.
• Picks supplies, verifies items by product number, unit of measure, and location.
• Delivers supplies to correct locations and checks expiration dates.
• Rotates stock and notes issues for follow-up.
• Performs receiving in ERP and outbound shipping tasks.
