Job summary

BMCHS is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to optimize inventory management, procurement, and operational efficiency across the hospital. You will analyze data, manage cycles counts and PAR levels, and partner with clinical and supply chain leaders to drive cost savings and service improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required with 3–5 years in healthcare supply chain procurement or inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPIM/CMRP/CPSM certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with ERP and purchasing systems; strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage leadership to monitor and report inventory and performance metrics.
• Participate in cycle counts, discrepancies, and PAR reviews to maintain accuracy.
• Lead supply chain improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee non-stock and specialty ordering; ensure compliant procurement.
• Collaborate on product conversions, standardization, and cost savings.
• Coordinate recalls, returns, and root-cause analysis; communicate findings.
• Serve as liaison between Supply Chain Operations and clinical departments.
• Execute special projects and provide cross-functional support as needed.
• Support continuity of service and department operations during coverage gaps.
