Job summary

Memorial Satilla Health, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Director of Supply Chain Operations to lead daily hospital supply chain functions, partnering with OR leadership and the Consolidated Service Center to optimize inventory and vendor relations.

You will develop policies, drive performance improvements, and ensure staff orientation and ongoing education while delivering cost savings and value for patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or healthcare related focus.
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Five years’ leadership experience and/or AD program graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all facility Supply Chain operations activities.
• Manage the profit and loss of the facility Supply Chain operations.
• Execute the infrastructure project plan for the facility, including standardization programs and EDI.
• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate facility Supply Chain personnel.
• Collaborate with OR leadership to optimize supply storage, replenishment, and restocking processes.
