Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a senior leader to direct and optimize the system-wide Supply Chain Procurement department. You will plan, organize, and oversee procurement strategies for supplies, equipment, construction, and services across entities, reporting to the VP of Supply Chain Management.

Qualifications

• Ten years of leadership experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing or Purchasing preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to drive results.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and change-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs the centralized system-wide Supply Chain Procurement department.
• Oversees procurement activities for supplies, equipment, construction, and services across Memorial Healthcare System.
• Drives procurement strategies, cost savings, governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Leads system-wide procurement audits and develops standardization to maximize value.
• Manages relationships with vendors and the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO).
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure needs are met while maintaining high standards of care.
• Plans budgets and monitors KPI performance for the department.
• Supports disaster preparedness and emergency procurement activities.
