Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Coordinator to support Supply Chain Operations across multiple hospital facilities in Georgia. You will manage inventory initiatives, perpetual systems, point-of-use optimization, product conversions, and process improvements.

Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders, clinical teams, IT, and facility leadership to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The role requires a 3+ year background in supply chain or healthcare operations, strong analytics, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain operations, inventory management, or project coordination.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP, and supply chain technologies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory optimization initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate product conversions and inventory standardization projects.
• Analyze inventory data to identify process improvements and cost savings.
• Track milestones, timelines, risks, and actions with stakeholders.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and documentation using Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, clinical departments, IT, and leadership.
• Assist with training and change management for new processes and systems.
