Northwest Orthopaedic Specialist is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Spokane, WA to manage ordering, receiving, and delivery of supplies at the lowest cost. The role supports multiple clinics, coordinating with internal and external customers and maintaining accurate par levels.

Essentials include organizing inventory, processing orders, and resolving shipping issues while ensuring HIPAA compliance and safe work areas. A flexible schedule is available and weekend shifts are not required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving protocols preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Pars and vendor orders, confirm pricing and lead times.
• Receive, open and stage supplies for delivery; ship products as needed.
• Maintain inventory, perform monthly counts and ensure proper par levels across offices.
• Support Recall process and NWOS clinics with supply delivery and inventory management.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain a clean, safe work area.
