Northwest Orthopaedic Specialist in Spokane, WA is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving and delivering supplies across NWOS sites. You will act as a liaison with internal teams and vendors to meet cost and efficiency goals.

The role supports DME/Visco inventory, recalls, and clinic supply delivery while ensuring accurate invoicing and HIPAA/EHR compliance. A high school diploma and 1 year of related experience are required, BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving generally practiced protocols preferred.
• Organization and time management skills.
• BLS (Basic Life Support).

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering, receiving and delivery of supplies to lower costs and support multiple NWOS locations.
• Scan and inventory Pars, submit orders to vendors and confirm orders.
• Maintain DME and Visco Pars inventory, set par levels and stock supplies.
• Submit Aetna charge sheets and manage recall processes as needed.
• Support clinics with supply delivery and ensure HIPAA/EHR compliance.
