Ochsner Health is seeking an organized inventory and distribution specialist to support materials management. The role emphasizes ensuring efficient receipt, storage, issue and delivery of supplies, plus generating monthly reports and resolving discrepancies.

The position requires a high school diploma (Associates preferred) and experience in inventory management or distribution, with forklift certification as needed. Occasional travel to multiple facilities and flexible scheduling are required.

Responsabilités

• Maintains customer service levels by monitoring email and phone lines.
• Generates and analyzes monthly productivity and supply chain reports.
• Ensures inventory and purchase orders are received, issued, and returned accurately.
• Trains new employees on receiving and central supply duties.
• Resolves errors with receipts, customer orders, and par levels.
• Improves supply chain processes, metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and addresses internal and external customer needs.
• Performs other related duties as required.
