Ochsner Clinic Foundation is seeking a Materials Handler to process and distribute supplies and equipment to hospital departments. You will verify deliveries, maintain par levels, restock, and support inventory processes across facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and forklift certification (for certain locations). Flexibility to work a 24/7 schedule is needed, with potential regional travel.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required at Warehouse District Row location within 30 days.
• Valid driver's license if operating a company vehicle.
• Preferred - supply chain or inventory management certification(s).
• Preferred - work experience in a materials management or healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains inventory and cleanliness in storeroom and par locations.
• Delivers supplies, equipment and related materials to hospital departments.
• Inspects deliveries and maintains delivery logs; ensures accurate charging of inventory items.
• Performs cycle counts and year-end inventories.
• Picks up and delivers supplies to campus and offsite locations; maintains delivery signatures/logs.
• Performs other related duties as required.
