AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, Florida, is seeking a Contract Manager to review and prepare scheduled contract documents, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, effective contracts. This is a full-time, day-shift role in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain or materials management, strong communication and data-analysis skills, and solid knowledge of contract terms and risk mitigation in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of contract structures, terms, conditions, risk mitigation and execution of business/legal requirements.
• Broad knowledge of business, financial and performance terms related to contracts.

Responsibilities

• Initiates tasks related to contract award decisions and strategy with suppliers.
• Processes scheduled supply/services/equipment categories for analysis and contract awards.
• Manages supplier relationships, analyzes data, and resolves pricing/performance issues.
• Responds to hospital/affiliate inquiries on contracts, products, services and pricing.
• Coordinates with sourcing managers, legal, hospital staff and suppliers to complete or enhance contracts.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Prepares and manages a complex database of equipment projects across lifecycle.
