You will partner with sourcing, finance, and hospital staff to improve processes, analyze data, and deliver effective contracts that support patient care and organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in healthcare or supply chain; strong MS Office skills and contract-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare or supply chain experience preferred.
• Contract management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare scheduled contract documents according to policy.
• Collaborate with sourcing managers, hospital staff, and legal to finalize contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; analyze data to compare expected vs. actual outcomes.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance; resolve pricing or performance issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate terms to ensure compliance and stakeholder needs.
