GH Engage is seeking a Healthcare Superintendent in Atlanta, GA, to lead ground-up and renovation healthcare projects within a strong, long-term pipeline. The role is tied to an employee-owned company with substantial retirement benefits and a quarterly bonus.

Ideal candidates have proven healthcare superintendent experience, familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations, and strong skills in scheduling, quality control, and safety on site.

Formación

• Proven superintendent experience on healthcare projects (required).
• Ground-up healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ICRA, ILSM, and OSHP/AHJ requirements.
• Skilled at running subcontractors and full field operations.
• Strong scheduling, quality control, and safety command.
• OSHA 30 (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead ground-up and renovation healthcare projects across Atlanta.
• Manage field operations and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Ensure strict safety compliance and regulatory alignment on all sites.
