Job summary

The Associate Director of Healthcare Student Programs at UNC Center for the Business of Health will lead Residential and Professional MBA student coaching and support growing programs and student opportunities within the CBOH at UNC Kenan-Flagler. The role plans and delivers career planning and job search programming to MBA students in small group formats, workshops, and 1-on-1 coaching.

It also manages co-curricular programs and works with campus partners to explore new health-sector

Qualifications

• Understand the health sector ecosystem and opportunities at the intersection of business and health.
• Ability to work across teams and communicate with diverse populations; strong public speaking.
• Engage with external and cross-campus partners, balancing priorities with new opportunities.
• Be available to work evenings and travel up to 15% for job-related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBA student career coaching, deliver programming in small groups, workshops and 1-on-1 sessions.
• Manage and grow CBOH co-curricular programs like Career Networks and MBA Healthcare Club.
• Collaborate with leadership to explore new health-sector student programs with campus partners.
• Coordinate with Career Coaching, Employer Engagement & Recruiting, and Operations teams.
