Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's in a relevant field with 0–2 years in health sector

Responsibilities

• Coach MBA students on careers in health sector
• Plan and deliver career programming in small groups, workshops, and classrooms
• Provide 1-on-1 and small group career coaching
• Manage career events and initiatives throughout the year
• Grow CBOH Career Networks and MBA Healthcare Club
• Develop health-sector student programs with cross-campus partners
• Engage external partners balancing priorities with campus needs
• Work in person during the academic year with evenings and up to 15% travel
