Accenture is seeking a Strategy leader in healthcare to run delivery across projects, coach teams, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategic options. You will guide quantitative analysis, build trusted advisor relationships, and contribute to thought leadership, with travel up to 80%.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in big strategy or health boutique consulting, and 5+ years in Healthcare Provider or Payer industries. MBA and PowerBI/Tableau expertise are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
3+ years at a large strategy or health boutique consulting firm.
5+ years in Healthcare Provider and/or Payer industry in transformation or internal strategy.

Responsibilities

Run delivery of projects to map client position in Healthcare Strategy and identify options.
Lead teams to deliver world-class strategy solutions for Healthcare Strategy clients.
Earn trust of senior leaders and partner to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
Guide project delivery to produce practical road maps, manage change, monitor processes, and remediate as needed.
Provide guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate insights.
Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s role as trusted advisor.
Strengthen Accenture’s Strategy practice and contribute content to forums.
Mentor junior Strategy team members and prepare them for more responsibility.
