Job summary

Billings Clinic seeks a Chief Executive Officer to provide overall administrative management and operation of the affiliate facilities. The CEO will have authority to influence policy and strategy as delegated by the Board, and will serve as an ex officio, non-voting member on matters designated by the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required).
• Master's degree in hospital administration, health, business, or public health preferred (advantage).
• Current Montana license/certification appropriate to discipline if applicable (or can be obtained after hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative management and operation of the affiliate/managed facilities as delegated by the Board of Directors.
• Participate with the affiliate Board of Directors in evaluating external forces, planning short- and long-term objectives, and informing policy decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure staffing plans and salary administration, and maintain open communication and teamwork.
• Negotiate professional contracts and manage capital planning, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with governing bodies, advocate for quality health care, and represent the organization in state and national health care forums.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
