Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent in health care administration, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of senior management/leadership experience in health care delivery systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead ancillary services through strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource management.
• Collaborate with physicians, leaders, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
