AdventHealth seeks a project-focused professional to drive strategic improvement initiatives with Physician Enterprise leaders. You will plan, lead, and execute plans using defined metrics and deliverables, engaging cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve efficiency.

The role requires healthcare and graphic design experience, strong PowerPoint and design software skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Field of study: in business, healthcare or related field.
2+ years of healthcare experience required.
2+ years of graphic design experience required.
Project management experience or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Strong PowerPoint and design software skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly collaborative and proactive.

Responsibilities

Partners with Physician Enterprise leaders to plan, lead, and execute strategic improvement initiatives.
Develops project plans, objectives, and metrics to measure outcomes and success.
Assesses current processes for standardization and efficiency improvements.
Leads initiatives with cross-functional teams and conducts effective meetings.
Delivers business plans using AdventHealth design drivers and tracks deliverables.
Escalates issues to leadership and collaborates across departments.
