As the Staffing Coordinator, you will manage scheduling, payroll support, attendance tracking, and nursing department staffing to deliver outstanding resident care while staying compliant with staffing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in scheduling, staffing, healthcare, or行政/administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing leadership and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for every shift.
• Coordinate staffing for open shifts, call-ins, vacations, and other scheduling needs.
• Maintain accurate daily and monthly staffing records.
• Assist with payroll verification by ensuring nursing staff hours are accurate.
• Track employee attendance and communicate concerns with nursing leadership.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and leadership team to support daily operations.
• Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local staffing requirements.
• Promote a safe, organized, and resident-centered environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities.
• Foster positive communication with residents, families, employees, and visitors.
